For over 10 years, the Las Vegas ToyCon has been one of the premier conventions to attend. Vendor space is affordable and caters to the success of anyone who has something toy, card or pop culture related!
Vendor Instructions
We are so excited to have you as vendors at ToyCon 2026! Thank you for being part of our weekend. Please read through everything below so load-in goes smoothly and we all have a great show.
We still have a few vendor spaces left for the weekend. If you know anyone who would love to join us, please share our vendor registration link with them.
- Friday, Oct 16: 5 PM – 9 PM (VIP night)
- Saturday, Oct 17: 10 AM – 5 PM (VIP early entry 9 AM, vendor access 8 AM)
- Sunday, Oct 18: 10 AM – 4 PM (VIP early entry 9 AM, vendor access 8 AM)

- Thursday, Oct 15: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Friday, Oct 16: 10 AM – 4 PM
- Please have your booth fully set up by 4 PM on Friday so we are all ready for VIP night.
- Planned load-in is Thursday and Friday. If you need to load in on Saturday, just email us in advance and we will make arrangements together.
When you arrive, please check in with our ToyCon team first. We will get you your table/space assignment and point you in the right direction before you start setting up.
- The loading dock is at the back of the building. All unloading happens at the loading dock.
- Take the elevator to the second floor. You will arrive at the back of the ballroom.
At check-in, every vendor will receive our sales tax tracking form for the weekend. It is really important that every vendor completes this document. If you file your own Nevada sales taxes, you can zero out the sales tax amount on our form and make a note that you will file independently. Our team will double check with everyone on Sunday to make sure we have a completed sales tax form from every vendor.
We would love for all vendors to stay set up through the full show hours each day. It makes the experience better for attendees and your fellow vendors when the floor stays full. Please plan to join us until close on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
At the end of each day (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday), please take a few minutes to clear any trash from your space. You will have 30 minutes after close to tidy up and head out before we lock down the ballroom for the night. Thank you for helping us keep the floor looking great for everyone.

- You may bring gridwall and shelving for your space.
