Space is premium front entrance placed in the first row of the main entrances of the exhibit hall. You will have no neighbors behind you. Only a solid wall and includes, (4) 6ft Table, (4) 3 Day Passes and Pipe and Drape, (6) Chairs

Diecast Cars Dealer $200

This space is ONLY for someone who sells Diecast Cars such as Hot Wheels, M2, Greenlight, Johnny Lightning Etc. It includes (1) 6ft Table and (2) Vendor Passes

Vendor Move In Information and Exhibitor Kit

Move in is Thursday February 28, 4pm – 9pm and Friday March 1 8am – 12pm. No move in or check in at any time after 12pm. The floor must be completely clear and vendors must be setup at this time.

Move out is Sunday March 3 after the show closes at 5pm.

If you used a deposit to reserve your space, your balance is due at check in. Cash only will be accepted at Check In. No Checks of any kind will be accepted unless prior approval has been granted.

You can reserve a room at the host hotel by calling 1 702 – 732 – 5111 and using codes STOY9R. Rate is $89 a night room rate.

The first week of February, we will be sending out an email to you with 5 free 3 day passes. These are yours to use to create promotions on social networks or reward your customers. If you do a social media push,  please use the hashtag #toyxpo and check your spam folder during that first week of August if you do not receive your tickets. They could be in there.

If you hand carry or hand cart your items into the convention center, there will be zero charges for that. If you need pallets dropped or larger shipments, union rates will apply.

Parking at the convention center is FREE.

The loading dock for Paradise Event Center North and South is were you will load in on February 28, 2019 from 4pm – 10pm  and March 1, 2019 8am – 12pm. Here you will be greeted by floor managers who will get you checked in, show you to your booth space and provide any answers to your questions.
